- No exchange will be entertained for items with minor faults or on clearance sale.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange will be REJECTED.
